I recently saw the film Bohemian Rhapsody. This compelling movie is reflective of what’s possible when you push through your fear and courageously believe in yourself. It was remarkable how the bandmates let no one or nothing deter them from their dream. Their story is a testament to the power of self-determination and being focused. They were unshakable, they took calculated risks, and they fully tapped into their capabilities.

At R|L, we have proof positive that all of us are more capable than we thought possible. Of the thousands of R|L’s clients, we have yet to meet anyone who wouldn’t like to be more capable, fearless, and effective. All of us want to get beyond our roadblocks and dysfunctional conflicts to achieve greater success and satisfaction. While it might seem daunting, it is possible.

Don’t focus on what you did wrong; rather, explore what could have been done differently, better, or more gracefully. How would the outcome look if performed by someone you admire or an expert? Explore different ideal outcomes with an open and curious mind. Ask yourself: Who do you want to become? What do you need to do, learn, or overcome to achieve your goal?

We consider R|L to be an Executive Learning Laboratory, focused on innovation and pragmatic ways to accelerate performance and enhance behavior. Indeed, the foundational pillars of R|L are Authenticity (being open and transparent), Accountability (taking 100% responsibility for your lot in life and impact on others), and Behavioral Agility (the ability to speed read others’ interpersonal styles and effectively modify your own behavior to connect well with them).
As you transform into your ideal self, you are demonstrating what Queen extolled – You are a Champion… and you’ll inspire those around you as you become your best self.

Warm Wishes and May You Always… “Create Uncommon Results!”®
