Clyde Lowstuter, MCC

Clyde is a peak performance Executive Coach and CEO of R|L. He has been a visionary thought leader and pioneer in the field designing and leading corporate coaching and team building since 1975. From an early age he was fascinated by the differences in why and how people thought, felt, and behaved.  He deduced that Authenticity, Accountability & Behavioral Agility are foundational to success. Insatiably curious and resourceful, Clyde enables executives to assess more of their capabilities and confidence. Often thought of as an organizational anthropologist, Clyde utilizes behavioral and organizational psychology to discern cultural and behavioral nuances, while empowering leaders to elevate their effectiveness. He has been awarded the MCC, Master Certified Coach, from the International Coach Federation, the top certification awarded to less than 1% of coaches worldwide.

With an intuitive, insightful, and agile behavioral style, Clyde partners with C-Suite executives to equip them to be more straightforward and authentic. He is particularly effective in enabling leaders to discover their passions and life’s purpose while accelerating their organizations’ growth and profitability. He is the author of multiple acclaimed leadership books, most recently:  35 Truths – Lessons from the Front Lines of Executive Coaching.  He regularly creates and presents the R|L’s Executive Forum, a highly interactive leadership experience.

As R|L’s President and CEO, Clyde is the creative force behind R|L’s leading edge, experiential programs, and the R|L Leadership Institute. Previously, Clyde was the head of International Training and Executive Development for several global manufacturing companies. Clyde began his career at Ernst & Ernst as an Organizational Management consultant.
