Guilt Free

What would your life look like if you accepted your unique, authentic self as more than enough?  How would you think, feel, and behave?

TODAY is a perfect day for your personal development and growth.  DaLittle Girl eating a sundaele Carnegie once said, “Success is getting what you want.  Happiness is wanting what you get.”

How often do we strive for something bigger, better, different to make us happy?  I love the bumper sticker quote:  “Be yourself – everyone else is already taken!”

I believe that our capabilities far outstrip our greatest challenges.  We coach our clients to focus not on what they lack or what’s wrong, rather focus on pragmatic solutions to their perplexing issues.  We have found that discovering how and why people derail their best intentions is a powerful tool to avoid experiencing failure time and time again.

Don’t beat yourself up over not achieving 100% of your stretch resolutions.  Small incremental improvements, consistently achieved, will invariably generate greater results than the occasional mighty leaps.

Living a fulfilled life is not about blaming or shirking your accountability.  It’s about being vulnerable and allowing your true self to be seen and experienced by others.  I am constantly awed by how magnanimous people are and curious as to why and how they have such indomitable spirits.

Bottom-line:  enjoy being you, in all of your transparent reality.  As we learned from Nelson Mandela,  . . . “as we let our own Light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.”

Guilt free.
