Rick has 35 years of experience as a business leader, change agent, and organizational strategist. His prior background includes a wealth of human resource management experience and a track record of helping businesses leverage their human capital. Rick served as a catalyst for accelerating change, enhancing organizational and human performance with Fortune 500 to mid-cap companies including United States Steel Corporation, Roper Industries, Motorola, IBM, and Wilson Learning Systems. Rick holds a BS in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
