Carolyn develops her clients’ own coaching skills to reach untapped potential of their direct reports and to develop a coaching culture fostering interdependence in accelerating targeted business results. As a trusted advisor, Carolyn is adept at partnering with executives as they explore their internal career moves, adapt to changing environments, and pursue next-level growth.

Internally to R|L she serves as President & CEO. As one of the firm’s Principals with a P&L background in consultancy, Carolyn has coached across diverse industries. She works with multi-functional C-Suite and senior leaders and their teams. Carolyn co-leads R|L’s amazing and insightful team of 17 coaches and 157 global affiliates. Additionally, she co-designs the training curriculum and certification for the R|L Leadership Institute for diverse coaching and team-building initiatives. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA).
