Carolyn Lowstuter

After years in leadership at R|L, Carolyn now serves as a full-time consultant for the R|L business to create a seamless transition to new ownership under The Center for Sales Strategy. In conjunction with the other divisions of CSS, she is pleased to offer client companies greater value and an even broader array of services than before. She is equipping new leaders to assimilate and gain expertise in R|L models, methodologies, processes, and certifications across all service lines. She continues to work with R|L’s executive coaches on program design and metrics-based deliverables to ensure the highest quality results for CSS’s combined clients. As a trusted advisor, Carolyn fosters interdependence and collaboration to support change and strategic growth both internally and externally.

As the former President & CEO of Robertson Lowstuter, Carolyn has more than four decades of experience in P&L Management and Executive and Career Coaching. Working across diverse industries and with multi-functional C-Suite Executives and high potential leaders, Carolyn enhances leadership effectiveness through authenticity, full potential, and empowerment. Through the R|L Leadership Institute she has co-designed training curriculum and certification programs for diverse leadership development and high performance team initiatives, including R|L’s proprietary interpersonal styles assessment, Behavioral IQ: The Art of Authentic Interaction.™ She regularly collaborates with R|L’s amazing team of Executive Coaches and network of 162 global affiliates across 36 countries. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA).
