His coaching style is authentic, direct, supportive, analytical, and results-driven. Kevin serves on the board of directors of Paychex, Inc. (NASDAQ: PAYX), the nation’s leading provider of integrated human capital management solutions for payroll, benefits, human resources, and insurance services. He serves on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and ESG Committee.
Business Background
Kevin has operated effectively in fast-paced and challenging turnaround, start-up, and growth environments. He is experienced in financial and credit products, retail, business services, and online parts products, as well as telecommunication and information services industries. As an entrepreneur, Kevin founded an innovative e-commerce technology start-up company, KAP Holdings LLC / PartScription, which aggregates 9 million parts to serve national independent hardware retailers with 75% of the addressable market installed on his platform. Kevin has also held senior leadership roles in notable companies such as Sears, Ameritech, and AC Nielsen. As a member of the Sears Holdings Senior Leadership Team and Vice President and General Manager of the Sears Customer Care Network, Kevin held P&L responsibility for $1 billion businesses. Kevin doubled the profits of both operating units over a five-year period and generated over $100 million in net profits annually.
