Pat Henahan, ACC

As a Certified Coach, CFO, and Army Officer, Pat Henahan has inspired teams and catalyzed organizations and individuals to continuously improve. As a finance executive, Pat held leadership roles in both public and private life sciences companies with operations in the US, Europe, and LATAM. She held roles in large and mid-sized companies such as Eli Lilly, MedImmune, AstraZeneca, Hospira, and Envigo.  As an Executive and Career Coach, Pat helps clients develop insight into their strengths and realize their personal leadership vision.  Pat is known for her direct communication style and bias for action.  Pat is a member of the Graduate Studies and Research Advisory Council at the University of Notre Dame, and is active in mentoring Notre Dame students and young alumni.  Pat has been awarded the ACC, Associate Certified Coach, from the International Coaching Federation.  She has an MBA from The Wharton School, a BS in Biology from the University of Notre Dame, and is a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt.
