Dave Dallam

Dave Dallam brings to R|L more than 35 years of senior sales, marketing, commercial development, strategic planning, and general management expertise. A hallmark of Dave’s career has been his consistency and speed in transforming under-performing businesses into market leaders. Dave has led two major corporations from “last to first” in their markets, each sustaining extraordinary growth for more than a dozen years. His mastery in creating sustainable competitive advantage recently helped two smaller companies grow sales and earnings explosively through the heart of the economic downturn. Dave credits the consistency of his success to a relentless focus on three critical business elements: PEOPLE: the recruitment, engagement, development, and retention of superior talent; PROCESSES: the continuous kaizen of every customer-facing business process; and PRODUCTS: a portfolio approach to the development of solutions to unrealized customer needs. Dave earned undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of Missouri, an MBA in Business Development from St. Louis University, and has done post-graduate work in executive development at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
