Clyde Lowstuter, MCC

Founder & Chairman | Master Certified Coach, Robertson Lowstuter, Inc.

Clyde is a peak performance Executive Coach, Founder, and Chairman of R|L. He has been a visionary thought leader and pioneer in the field designing and leading executive career transition services, corporate coaching, and team building since 1981. From an early age he was fascinated by why and how people think, feel, and behave differently from one another.  He deduced that Authenticity, Accountability & Behavioral Agility are foundational to success. Insatiably curious and resourceful, Clyde enables executives to assess more of their capabilities and confidence. Often thought of as an organizational anthropologist, Clyde utilizes behavioral and organizational psychology to discern cultural and behavioral nuances, while empowering leaders to elevate their effectiveness. He has been awarded the MCC, Master Certified Coach, from the International Coach Federation, the top certification awarded to less than 1% of coaches worldwide.

With an intuitive, insightful, and agile behavioral style, Clyde partners with C-Suite executives to equip them to be more straightforward and authentic. He is particularly effective in enabling leaders to discover their passions and life’s purpose while accelerating their organizations’ growth and profitability. Clyde’s coaching blueprint for success is to model being self-aware of the impact on others and the operations. As such, clients courageously embrace their unique leadership journeys.  People especially appreciate Clyde’s strategic insights, humor, broad perspectives, creativity, and trusted partnership.  The paramount goal for Clyde is to measure transformational growth in terms of lasting behavioral change and the P&L impact. Whether creating and leading senior executive retreats, coaching CEO’s, or delivering a keynote, he is respected for his ability to build collaborative cross-functional synergies, while transforming and sustaining high performance corporate cultures.

Clyde is a prolific writer, life-long learner, and professional speaker who readies individuals and teams to broaden their perspectives and break through self-limiting roadblocks. He is the author of multiple acclaimed leadership books, most recently:  35 Truths – Lessons from the Front Lines of Executive Coaching.  He regularly creates and presents the R|L’s Executive Forum, a highly interactive leadership experience.
