Clyde is a peak performance Executive Coach, Founder, and Chairman of R|L. From an early age he was fascinated by why and how people think, feel, and behave differently from one another.  He deduced that Authenticity, Accountability & Behavioral Agility are foundational to success. As R|L’s Founder & Chairman, Clyde is the creative force behind R|L’s leading edge, experiential programs, and the R|L Leadership Institute. Previously, Clyde was the head of International Training and Executive Development for several global manufacturing companies. Clyde began his career at Ernst & Ernst as an Organizational Management consultant.
