Carolyn Lowstuter

As R|L’s President, CEO, and seasoned Executive Coach, Carolyn Lowstuter explores what is possible with her clients.  She partners with them to go beyond traditional coaching practices to transform and sustain impact and to unleash their authenticity. Business Background

Internally to R|L she serves as President & CEO. As one of the firm’s Principals with a P&L background in consultancy, Carolyn has coached across diverse industries.  She works with multi-functional C-Suite and senior leaders and their teams. Carolyn co-leads R|L’s amazing and insightful team of 17 coaches and 157 global affiliates. Additionally, she co-designs the training curriculum and certification for the R|L Leadership Institute for diverse coaching and team-building initiatives.  She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA).

Carolyn was recognized with a spot in the Top 50 Women Leaders of Illinois 2023 by Women We Admire.  She is honored to be among such an inspiring community of women leaders.
